Terms of Service

Effective August 14, 2026 · levelcalendar.com

The service

Level Calendar is a calendar app that shows the time you have left, not just the time you've committed. It is currently in active development and free to use. Features may change, appear, or be removed as the product evolves; we'll try to make changes an improvement.

Your account

You need a working email address (or Google account) to sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account — sign-in links and sessions are yours to keep private. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use the service.

Your content

The calendars, tasks, and reminders you create are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service — showing them to you, syncing them where you've asked, and sending the notifications you configure. See the privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break in, disrupt, or overload it, no using it to send spam, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It's a young product: keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it (currently: nothing).

Ending things

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (hello@levelcalendar.com). We may suspend or discontinue the service — if we ever discontinue it entirely, we'll give reasonable notice so you can take your data with you.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes get a new effective date here. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@levelcalendar.com.
