SMS Program Terms

Level Calendar is a calendar application operated by Dispatch AV LLC. It can text you about the reminders and check-ins you set in your own calendar. Texts are strictly opt-in, go only to a phone number you have verified yourself, and stop when you opt out. There is no marketing in this program.

What you'll receive

Check-in notifications for calendar timeslots where you enable check-ins, including a follow-up if you have not checked in or dismissed the notification.

A one-time verification code when you add your mobile number in the app, to confirm the number is yours.

Reminder texts when a reminder you created comes due — the reminder's name and time, with the option to reply DONE or SNOOZE or tap a link to act on it.

Separately optional phone calls from an automated assistant if you turn calls on in Settings. With texts and calls enabled, the assistant calls when you do not respond to a reminder text. With only calls enabled, it calls when the reminder is due. Calls come from the same number as texts and are off by default. SMS consent does not turn calls on.

How to opt in

Sign in at levelcalendar.com, open Settings → Notifications → Text & call reminders, enter your mobile number, check the SMS consent box, and tap Send code. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from the phone-call setting. You can use the calendar without opting into texts or calls.

You then enter the 6-digit code we text you. Only after that verification do reminder texts turn on. Level Calendar is an invite-only app; nobody can enroll a number other than their own, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your calendar activity: verification codes when requested, reminders when due, and check-in notifications for enabled timeslots. Level Calendar does not charge for texts; your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation message and nothing further. You can also turn texts off, or remove your number entirely, in Settings → Notifications at any time. STOP also turns off reminder calls. For an already verified number still linked to your account, reply START to re-subscribe to texts. Calls stay off until you enable them separately.
