SMS Program Terms

Level Calendar (a Dispatch AV product) can text you about the reminders you set in your own calendar. Texts are strictly opt-in, go only to a phone number you have verified yourself, and stop the moment you say so. There is no marketing in this program.

What you'll receive

A one-time verification code when you add your mobile number in the app, to confirm the number is yours.

Reminder texts when a reminder you created comes due — the reminder's name and time, with the option to reply DONE or SNOOZE or tap a link to act on it.

Optionally, a follow-up phone call from an automated assistant if you turn on “Call me if I don't respond” and a reminder text goes unanswered. Calls come from the same number as the texts and are off by default.

How to opt in

Sign in at levelcalendar.com, open Settings → Notifications → Text & call reminders, enter your mobile number, and tap Send code. The following disclosure is shown beside that button:

By tapping Send code you agree to receive a one-time verification code and reminder texts from Level Calendar at this number. Message frequency varies with your reminders. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

You then enter the 6-digit code we text you. Only after that verification do reminder texts turn on. Level Calendar is an invite-only app; nobody can enroll a number other than their own, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the reminders you create — typically a few texts a day at most, and none if nothing is due. Level Calendar does not charge for texts; your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation message and nothing further. You can also turn texts off, or remove your number entirely, in Settings → Notifications at any time. Reply START to re-subscribe.
